Age eligibility: Must be at least 13 years of age and no older than 18 years of age on the first day of the State Pageant which is November 8, 2025 or the date that they are appointed a local title.

Also:

• Must live, work, or attend school in New Jersey

• Must be a medical and legal female, never married, not a parent

• A citizen of the United States

• Able to compete in all areas of competition

• Must compete at Miss Teen Volunteer America in Jackson, Tennessee.
